Today we were going back to the north island. We started driving then halfway there was a big flood and so they let us drive back to Seddon and go to the Awatere Memorial Hall and stay there. We stayed there for a long time waiting for the flood to be over. I drew in my sketchbook while watching a movie that the manager put up for us to watch. Finally, they said that 4-wheel drive could go so we left after a while we were stuck on the bridge and so we had to wait. Then finally we could go. After a while, we finally got to the hotel that my mum had to get. It was nighttime so we ate dinner and then went to sleep. Good night
