On Thursday last week we had a teddy bears picnic day. Many of the tamariki brought in their teddies (or other soft friends) to play with, and have a special Teddy Bears Picnic for afternoon tea. We even made fairy bread in the morning for our special shared kai.
We had lots of fun pretend play with our ‘Teddies’ and saw the childrens imaginations flourish as they included them in their everyday play!
